November 9, 2011 at 8pm The City of Culver City will
present Speak Easy, featuring performance artist Rachel Rosenthal and composer-percussionist Amy Knoles, at the Culver Events
Center. November 9 marks Rachel Rosenthal's 85th birthday and she will perform her 1979 performance piece, "My Brazil",
in a unique collaboration with Amy Knoles. Speak Easy will be presented at the Culver Events Center, a special events venue
which was once a speakeasy during prohibition, on the west side of Culver City which is experiencing a time of revitalization.
Admission is free and reservations are required. Seating may be reserved by calling the Cultural Affairs Hotline at 310.253.5716.
